Garden Clearance

I would like part of my garden to be cleared of the weeds and roots. It is on the left hand side of the garden - approx 3 foot wide and maybe 40 foot long (I think) And right at the bottom of the garden about 10 foot by 6 Ideally want to put shrubs down after but as I work full time its difficult to find the time to clear it all. Basically just to get rid of the weeds to leave the area clear.
