Garden Lanscaping - levelling, supplying and laying a patio and turf.

Hello, I'm looking to hire someone to do our garden for us - the garden is approx 10m by 20m. We are looking to get the whole garden levelled (it's on a slight incline at the moment), with railway sleeper type wood blocks to make a retaining wall so that we can have a planting area at the back of the garden. Between that and the house, we're hoping to get a patio laid on one side (approx 10m x 10m), and flat turf (approx 10m x 10m) on the other. There is an area at the side of the house where we would need to work out what to do, since it's on a steep incline and grass would be difficult to maintain. Probably either get it levelled and paved (there is an existing path) or get gravel put down. I'm also looking to get a small area of path laid down outside the front porch of the house since the grass isn't getting enough light. Someone would probably need to come to the house to assess the job and the costs involved. I'm looking for a price including the supply of all materials and the work to be done. Thanks!
