Garden Maintenance

Although I enjoy gardening, unfortunately I seem to get very little time to dedicate to it. I currently have a gardener who comes every 2 weeks, but unfortunately I am not happy with the work that he is doing. He only ever seems to cut the lawn and everything else is left untouched. I'm looking for someone who will maintain the beds, feed the lawns, suggest planting for every season. The patio needs a bit of a jet wash from time to time and the shed & fencing (although brand new) will I'm sure at some stage need to be looked at.
