garden makeover 10 meters x 10 meters

My garden needs a complete makeover. At present there is a brick wall approx 12ft wide which needs removing & replacing with fence posts, panels and gate. There is a shed which needs re-locating. It will need leveling and retaining wall/sleepers? New lawn laying. Some form of patio/decking approx third of garden area to replace existing patio & 'flower border' and new path leading to back door.
