GARDEN RENOVATION

We are based in Kenton, Harrow and require your best price for complete renovation / landscape of our garden. Garden Size: 82ft (25m) x 23.5 ft (7.15m) Scope includes the following: Prepare and level ground and install new Patio (42 SQ. M) allowing for drains and manholes Prepare ground, rotavate and level with top soil , cultivate and install new lawn (220 appx rolls of turf) Dismantle, remove and clear 1 of 2 sheds Relocate 2nd Shed so doors are facing property to the south (currently facing east). Note: existing base can be used but will need modifying to size Create separate play area in garden to accommodate 8ft dia trampoline using play chippings and section off by use of sleepers Erect Trampoline Create raised borders either side of garden Erect fence across bordering property (concrete posts/concrete gravel board/ 14 x panels) Prepare ground, create base and Install only 8ft x 7ft corner summer house Create and install gravel path along border complete with edging Selection and planting of low maintenance shrubs, bulbs, climbing plants, etc.. NOTE: Only access to garden is through property Stump grinder will be required as there are several stumps located around garden PRICE TO INCLUDE: All Labour, all building materials, skips, plant, tools, consumables, rubbish clearance, FREE ISSUE MATERIALS INCLUDE: Paving Slabs Top Soil Turf Trampolene Play Chippings Fencing Panels,concrete posts and gravel boards Summer House Gravel for garden path Shrubs, plants etc; Start Date: ASAP Completion Date: No later than 24th September 2011 Regards, Mr R.Taylor
