I am buying a house in Hertford that needs some work doing it it. There are 2 main areas:
1. The small wall at the end of the garden needs a partial rebuild - 8 or so courses
2. The loft. Needs some repairs to rotted beams, collars fitted, old insulation removed, new insulation put down, boarded and new loft hatch cut with ladder installed. New fire break needed in one small area. Loft area is very small as the house is tiny.
