Gardening cleanup

I am moving from my rented maisonette next week and would like to find someone to tidy up the garden to a standard that would be ok for the new tenants. I don't need professional landscape gardening services or a topiary artist, just a basic tidy-up. The beds will need clearing and weeding. The edges need strimming and the grass might need a quick trim. I have gardening equipment to hand if you do not have your own. The dimensions of the garden are approximately 90ft by 30ft, I think. I dont work in imperial so I could be wrong. Half the garden is behind the shed which doesnt necessarily need to be done as it is a jungle back there. Work to be done over the bank holiday weekend if possible or early next week preferably. Can do later dates with forewarning.
