Gardening - weeding and grass-cutting for small garden

Hi there, We're just looking for a quote on an initial visit to clear the weeds and cut the grass for our property, as the previous tenants left it in a right two-and-eight. This would most lkely move onto a monthly clean up, or more frequent if necessary. We may also look for help painting our fence if the landlord allows. Many thanks
