I need to have a balanced flue fire fitted in my lounge. It is set up for natural gas and the pipe is in place ready to be connected. A hole will need to be made to get to the outside of the house for the flue system. Dimensions of the fire are 17.5 inch width, 20.5inch height, 11 inch depth.
