In a first floor flat, put a gas pipe into a new kitchen to run a gas hob (but not gas oven).
There is gas already in the flat for the boiler. The distance to new kitchen is 9-10 metres, but the exact length of pipe would depend on which route you advised. The floor joists run in the right direction but at one point there is a large steel beam the pipe would need to go under, over or round.
I need the work signed off by a Gas Safe professional but can pay cash. I am happy to act as help on the job, and can even ensure that floorboards, etcetera are lifted before you come to do the job. The property is at an early first-fix stage of a complete renovation and I only need you to do the gas work, I'm happy to replace floorboards, make good and tidy up etcetra. I'm happy to do all the cosmetic stuff.
The flat is in KT2 (North Kingston). I'd like to get it done fairly soon, but can offer some flexibility on timescale.
I don't have a service contract for my boiler at present so if you do a good job at the right price there would be future business servicing the boiler.
Thanks. I can email photos or a floorplan if you need.
