General check of boiler & some kitchen sink pipes need check

Have recently moved to a new property in East Finchley. We would like for the boiler and radiators to be checked. In addition we have had a new sink fitted and there appears to be some additional pipes including a mains water valve which we would just like to be sure about before boxing off. This should not be a hugh task as everything has been running smoothly but for our peace of mind and also the tidyness under the sink would be of benefit. Job is located in London N2 and would ideally commence Weds/Thurs for a couple of hrs max.
