I need the following jobs done in my flat:
2 x antique lampshade hung from pendant light in living room. The chord of the vintage lampshade that connects the ceiling rose porcelain cover to the lampshade, is too long so needs to be shortened.
The electric towel radiator in the bathroom is starting to sag a bit (e.g. it's weight has pulled its fixture in the wall down slightly).
Bathroom fan makes very loud rattling noise when switched on. Needs fixing/clearing.
