Frontage: -Pull off Ivy Kitchen: -Take out suspended ceiling, re-board, plaster & paint Outside (Back): -Hack off render to bottom of property (plinth) and renew Outside (side): - Scaffold around side & front Remove 2 chimney breasts right the way throughout the house Re-render, plaster & paint Supply rubbish skips Check guttering & renew clips Renew/replace flat roof to kitchen Roof: -Inspect roof and replace tiles where needed Main Bedroom: -Find condensation problem & fix. If new window needed, please add to quote Loft: -Re-brick holes in parting wall & outside wall Renew up right joist in loft Bathroom: - Fit extractor fan & connect to light switch & make good 2 skips for rubbish Renew plate bricks to roof line Renew front concrete plinth
