General Improvements

We are currently looking to rent out a property located in Netherton, near Dudley, West Midlands. The outgoing tenant caused quite amess, which we have done a fair bit of work already to fix. In addition, wehave take the opportunity to install a new kitchen, and make a few updates. During recent viewings there has been some common issues raised during the feedback, including a lack of heating, and general deterioration of the paintwork and fittings etc. We both work full time, and since there is no power currently to the property we have limited time to work. We are therefore looking to get a quotation for what is effectively a spruceup of the property, and the installation of some electric convector heaters(with the heaters supplied by yourselves if easier). This would probably include: painting/decorating, gutter cleaning, limited gardening, and othersmall scale repairs and improvements as necessary. Is this something you would be able to do, and if so, could you give us a quote and likely timescales? Many thanks.
