General maintenance - clear gutters & recommend any repairs

Relatively small damp patch in flat thought to be a result of a blocked gutter running between ours and the adjacent property. Work required would be to clear all of the gutters (and make any repairs if necessary / recommend repairs if more significant work required). Builing is large semi-detached house between Herne Hill and Tulse Hill split into 4 flats. Work ideally required within the next 6 weeks. Many thanks
