Looking for a general maintenance person to do a couple of odd jobs around my flat before it is rented out tenants.
Biggest job is to remove and reapply mastic sealant in a bathroom and ensuite shower room. I would also like the sealant reapplied in the kitchen.
There is also some tiling in the kitchen where the grout has managed to erode away, this too, I would like refilled.
Finally, there is a patch repair to a plaster board wall and to cover up some very small holes in walls throughout the flat.
