The jobs listed below will require the trademan to take before and after photos. The jobs required are as follow: ATTIC BEDROOM A. Refix loose electrical socket outlet box and ensure plaster around outlet box is in good state. B. Reinstate cover missing from wall mounted electrical lighting fitting / replace. FRONT BEDROOM A. Renew/repair latch of window lower opening light. B. Level and re-fix 1 floor board FIRST FLOOR LANDING & STAIR A. Re- fix loose floorboards adjacent to door to rear bedroom. B. Re - fix loose stair handrail. LIVING ROOM A. Properly secure gas fire to wall and leave in a safe working order. EXTERIOR FRONT SIDE A. Re- align and re-fix 7 slates of bay roof. BACK SIDE A. Seal eaves gutter at points of connection to eaves gutters of adjoining properties. B. Re- position and fix one displaced slate. Note: Before and after photos are required.
