My garden is a narrow, 250ft long garden typical of Victorian terraced houses. It needs a complete winter tidy up ready for new tenants moving in. There are three evergreen trees that need foliage trimming and perhaps some height taking off. There is an evergreen hedge across the width of the garden needing the same and a third hedge, a little way from the garden beside my garage. Two thirds of the garden is lawn. There are also some shrub and flower beds (not well stocked) which need tending.
A small gravelled section (10ft long?) needs some weeding and tidying, as does a patio section, about twice the size.
There are three small fruit trees to prune and shape, including one espalier.
The front garden has four small beds (the size of a standard square concrete slab) and a miniature willow that needs pruning.
I can provide a document with clear photographs that show how the garden looked immediately following the previous tidy up. This shows the condition that I would like restored. After this weekend I can show photos of the current condition. Please ask if this is useful.
I may wish to repeat this business at other times when tenants change over and would also be interested in a quote for regular lawn mowing and garden maintenance throughout the growing season.
The house is in Albrighton, nr Wolverhampton.
I would like the job to be done as soon as possible after the 10th February.
I don't have a fixed idea on price but have entered a figure to be able to submit. Please contact me to discuss - if you are interested in the job.
Many thanks,
Stephanie
