There is a ground floor flat in Bournemouth that I'm planning renovation works for.
As it stands there is an old bathroom and kitchen which needs ripping out, then the walls of both rooms need to be extended into an open hallway area. New mains plumbing and mains electrics will need to be diverted to the new kitchen area as their current location will disappear to become a part of the extended bathroom - at which point I would need the installation of a new powerflow boiler.
Also, I will be creating a new en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, so the current location of the door entering the bedroom will need to be moved, a new wall will need to be built to divide the bathroom off and new plumbing and waste will need to be installed.
I am also looking for soundproofing for the entire property. The large lounge (25ft x 25ft) will need soundproofing in the floor as well as the walls and ceiling (possibly) as there is a basement flat below this part of the flat.
Building regs has already been submitted, so I'm ready for the works to begin as soon as possible.
I have pre and post architect plans and the building regs structural drawings which I could send by email for more info or contact me for a site inspection at your earliest convenience.
The quote of £15,000 was just a round figure plucked out of the sky - I didn't want to put £1 as maybe tradesmen search through the results by price. So, please contact me to arrange a site inspection and quote accordingly. Please pay no attention to this figure.
Many thanks.
