full project management and work to completion required. 2nd floor: creation of three rooms with dormer to rear and 2 skylights to front. outside cladding/rendering to dormer. stairwell from 1st Floor: alter single room to for fitting of staircase and to create en-suite with door from master bedroom cobine existing toilet and bathroom to create one large bathroom/wetroom. Move boiler to new kitchen. ground floor: build side and rear kitchen extension. New door opening to existing room. Take out existing kithcen and blend in the 2 rooms to create 1 large room. create cloakroom in understairs space, box off meter Renew all skirting and coving. supply and fit upvc doors to front and rear of new build. General: rewiring and new alarm system throughout. removal and disposal of existing garage and erect garden hut. 10 new radiators. approx 40 double socket points. lighting to each room [lights provided by customer]. Fitting of kitchen, cloakroom, bathroom and ensuite [kitchen and bathroom furniture provided by customer; fitting, tiling , plumbing etc to be costed in] shelving to lobby and store room. new door and casing to all internal doors [11 doors]. Staircase replaced throughout [chunky pine].
