Gutter clearance,sofit boards hanging,leaking garage roof.

My gutters are badly in need of clearing. 3 bedroom linked detached 1982 Barrets house in Cul-de-sac. Easy access. Back is lawned. I also have boards hanging down in places, (they have been for years). My flat garage roof needs fixing. It is leaking in heavy rain. In past it has been painted with black gunky stuff with success but hasnt been done for a few years, and I am interested in a more permenent solution perhaps.
