Gutter clearing and repair

I live in an end terraced house, the guttering needs clearing out, as grass can be seen growing in it, both front and back. At the front of the house the gutter has split, and water falls from it, I think it just needs a new support. I would be interested if there is any coverings are available for the guttering like in America.
