Gutter needs clearing and repairing.

The conservatory is built into a 90 degree angled wall. The main roof and conservatory roof both slope to the box gutters. Moss etc has built up. Think the bottom row of rooftiles will have to be lifted as hardly any room to clear box gutter. The main gutter round the conservatory is also leaking.
