Guttering cleaning plus glass replacement in roof window, Edinburgh

The guttering at the back of the house has grass growing out of it which needs to be cleared out as it is causing damp in the back bedroom. There is also a single glazed window in the roof that has a pane of broken glass that we need to replace. We need this done as soon as possible as we are putting our house up for sale. We stay in the Gracemount area of Edinburgh
