Gutters need replacing & damp wall needs attention.

House type: Terrace. Age: 100+ years. Both front and back gutters need replacing.(Wooden gutters) We have a damp issue on one corner of the wall, approx size of issue HEIGHT: 157CM WIDTH: 150CM. I have had professional damp experts who have come to look at the wall and have advised me the wall needs the old plastering removed a damp proof membrane or sheet applied and then replastering. I would prefer a home visit to check the problems and tasks by builders.
