Hallway and Landing Painting (high ceilings)

Hi, I'm looking for somebody to paint our hallway, up the stairs to the landing. Probably the equivalent of two rooms, but above the stairs there are very high ceilings - so would need someone with the equipment to reach, possibly 4m above the stairs. There is also some rendering to do to smooth out where we've added some new plasterboard before painting. Many thanks, Adam
