Hang a Light

Have bought a new light for the conservatory, i have put up the bracket and taken down the old fan/light. The new light needs to be connected the the cable already there. I guess this is a simple job but after looking im not sure how to do this. The address is Weeley in Essex. Im really not sure on the cost so please just give a quote.
