Hard wire a dual fuel cooker

I have just bought the following dual fuel cooker :https://www.fires-cookers.co.uk/product/0/1778/Cannon_C60DH_60cm_Harrogate_Cooker.html I would like to have this installed but I think it needs to be hardwired to the mains. I have purchaed a cooker socket. Job will involve removing an existing double socket and installing the cooker socket connected to the cooker.
