Hardwire Smoke Detectors & Electrical Certificate

I need 6 wired smoked detectors installed for HMO license application. I also need the flat's electrics checked and a certificate issued. The flat has cornicing which cannot be disturbed & i don't want trunking used. Either discrete wiring or completely hidden wiring. Work to be carried out in the next month or so.
