Heavy duty cleaning of 3 bedroom property in Catford, London SE6

Seeking industrial clean for 3 bedroom house in Catford, London SE6 on the border of Sydebham. I am moving into a new property and the previous tenants have left it in an awful state. Property: Bedroom 1-double bedroom: floor swept and mopped, Windows cleaned; Bedroom 2-double bedroom: floor swept and mopped, Windows cleaned; Bedroom 3-box room: floor swept and mopped, windows cleaned; furniture polished Hallway, landing and stairs: swept and mopped (landing and stairs)/ vacuumed(hallway); windows cleaned; Bathroom: window cleaned, walls and tiles deep cleaned, cabinets emptied and deep cleaned, bath and sink deep cleaned; Toilet: window cleaned, walls and tiles deep cleaned, toilet bowl etc. deep cleaned; Living room: Floor swept and mopped, windows cleaned, fireplace and mantelpiece cleaned and polished Dining room: Floor swept and mopped, patio doors cleaned and polished, fireplace and mantelpiece cleaned; Kitchen: The kitchen needs a industrial/ deep clean to include- all cabinets, drawers and the storage cupboard by the door (inside and out), kitchen sink, 2 x fridge-freezers, the kitchen counters and breakfast table, the stove, oven and hood. All walls and windows sill will also need to be deep cleaned. The floor is covered in lino which will also need deep cleaning. The job needs to be started on Wednesday 12th October and must be finished by Thursday 13th October. I am looking for reasonable quotes and someone with significant experience in this area.
