hole in wall filling, curtain rails put up, spotlights replacing, minor paintwork / glossing

There is a hole in a wall (the size of a little finger) where a curtain rail was put up, this needs filling and then the curtain rail needs to be put up again. The property is new build and a couple of the spotlights need to be replaced - the bulbs are out but seem to be connected (ie not as simple as changing the bulb) The is some water damage from a boiler leak - the area has been painted previously and needs touching up.
