Hot water cylinder cupboard and airing cupboard (built in)

A hot water cylinder has been installed in the corner of a bedroom and I would like a simple cupboard built around it with a door for access (allow for a pair of double doors). 2 walls form two sides of the cupboard so only one side, the front (with door) and top are required. Dimensions are 1000mm (side with double door) x 650mm deep x 2300mm high. Next to this I would like a small airing cupboard building, dimensions for this are 490mm (side with door) wide x 650mm deep x 2300mm high, i would also like 4 shelves. To allow air circulation the shelves should be made with slats and the divider between the cylinder cupboard and the airing cupboard should also be perforated (like the front of a radiator cabinet). The whole construction will be painted so timber selection is not critical so long as it is strong. Base frame for layout i already installed on floor (see picture).
