Hot water isnt getting hot enough!

I have an ideal isar combi boiler which isnt giving me any hot water. the boiler seems to be ticking over ok but hot water takes in excess of 20 mins and yet its still not hot enough. ive put down £150 as i dont know how much it will cost.
