House maintenance in Reading

I have moved into a house in Reading a few weeks ago and need some jobs doing fairly urgently to improve security etc, these are: Curtains in lounge Blind in kitchen New lock on back gate Trellis round back fence Light mending at back of house (sensor light, that I can't seem to get to work) Additional light putting up at the back Window lock mending Gate on front garden Covering pins on french doors All quite small jobs but I have found it hard to get anyone to look at them and I would like to get these done in the next few weeks. I love in Caversham and could work from home potentially if someone could come during the week. I will provide all materials and I think it will be a day's work. Thanks Nicola
