House rewire

Full rewire of a small three bedroom period semi, to include: Downstairs 2 socket ring circuits 1 dedicated appliance circuit 1 lighting circuit Upstairs master bedroom socket ring remaining bedrooms socket ring Bathroom circuit (including boiler) 1 Lighting circuit I would also need connectivity in the loft with sockets and lights and capability to add additional points if/when we extend. Similarly, we are planning a ground floor extension and would need cable running to the consumer unit in order to support this. Currently, I see us requiring 23 double sockets and about a dozen light fittings and switches. Could you quote for the full job and, if willing, just the consumer unit work if the cable and sockets have been put in previously. If the latter, can you sign off work which has been carried out previously but which is still visible? (i.e, chases still unfilled, floorboards still up and all connections/runs open for inspection. The house is pretty dilapidated so it's a clean slate. Thanks David
