I have replaced my flat roof twice and it still leaks in the same place, its the join between my hou

We have a leak between my extension and next door that is coming through my kitchen roof in the corner. I have replaced the roof twice and had a new ceiling but it is still leaking and the corner is now a brown colour where it is constantly wet, I just dont knew what to do now. A builder has informed me that the leak is coming from next door and tracking through my brickwork. Anyone any ideas?
