: I need 2 new plug sockets in my spare room (ended)

I need 2 new plug sockets in my spare room

The room is 10' by 8' and I have two very old looking plug sockets in there. The room is to be redecorated, fit for a toddler and to do so, I need to upgrade these sockets to a modern standard. At the moment they look like very old Victorian plugs, which only one of them works. All I really need is 2 x double sockets to replace the ones that are already there (however, I have a feeling that because of where the radiator is situated, I may only get a single socket in that space). I can provide these new sockets if necessary. In my main bedroom, which is 11 and a half foot by 10 foot at it's widest, and almost 9 foot at it's minimum point (due to built in storage), there is only one double socket point when I would like two double socket points. I can email photo's of the spare bedroom, if needed, as that is the more pressing job.
