I need a concrete garden digging up and leveling off

My back garden is around 4.5 metre wide and around 7 metre in length and is fully concreted which I want digging up and the garden leveling off so I can add a decking area and turf the rest. I'm just interested in how much is would cost to get someone to do the work for us? The concrete is about 4.5 inch thick
