I need the toilet valve needs replacing.

It keeps leaking from the top of the flapper arm and it takes a while for the toilet to refill. I also want my bath panel replacing as its cracked. It is a cream colour so I would preferably like the same again as the colour of the bathroom is cream. I live in Northfield and would like this done as soon as possible. Thanks Alen
