Kitchens direct fitted a new kitchen for me but could not switch on the electricity in the sockets because my flat is old and they couldn't identify the type of earthing. They've written "TNS?" My electricity provider was unable to help. I'm currently (and unsafely) using extensions and need it fixed asap.
