Labour only - materials bought already. About 40m2 of laminate to go down on a ground floor to a kitchen, hall, wc and living room. Tricky bits under the washing machine which you will need to move out/in, around wc bowl and basin pedestal. The rest is straightforward. Would also like 3mm underlay laid and 50m of edging/trim installed - properly with mitred corners etc. Job is in Dunbar. You will be the only person working in the area - no interruptions to your work. Can work as long a day as you like.
