- New Ikea Kitchen to be installed. Width 4,300mm with 5 base units consisting of intergrated washing machine, fridge, freezer and sink and a corner unit. Length 3,103 consisting of 3 base units with gas hob and 1 high unit with the oven in it along with an extractor fan.
- Removal of a half a stud wall in the kitchen approx 3500mm across by 1500mm hight wise.
- Re-wiring the electric socket points from the stud wall to the side of the kitchen along with the gas points for the gas hob will need to be considered
