Installing an outside hose to my garden.

I'm not to sure if there is a water fed directly going to the outside of my house as a conservatory had been built on my house before i moved in. Not sure what type of trade person i need for the job thought a gardener would be good start. I have no idea how much it would cost as depends how easy i would be to install. Regards Emma
