Installing new lights, putting in a skylight and sealing a leaky gutter

I would like to install 3 ikea pendant lights from the ceiling from an existing switch. The ceiling in quite high. I also need a skylight putting in a glass roof pane, to gain access to the roof. I then need a gutter sealing from the roof. (it all needs to be watertight!
