My utility room is a single brick extension with a flat roof. I have two rolls of insulation and some plasterboard already, but I am looking at getting the room where I have my fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in insulated. The room is an extension to the kitchen of my house. Approximately 8' x 8' x 8'. To be completed at any time. My attached budget is just a made up figure as I have no idea how much this will cost to guesstimate a budget!
