Insurance quote to replace bathroom ceiling and redecorate

I own and rent out a flat in Glasgow City Centre. The upstairs flat had a water leakage causing damage to my plasterboard ceiling. The ceiling needs replaced and redecorated and the electrics all appear in order but may need to be checked. I need a quote for insurance purposes and the insurance company will then authorise the work wit the tradesman they decide upon.
