Intercom door release.

I need to have the lock release/speech system fixed on my flat in Viewforth. I can hear the buzzer, but can't release the lock or communicate. My neighbours can release the lock from their flats so I think it is a problem with my handset (perhaps a loose wire). I am available most days.
