Internal building work and redecoration

Two bedroom maisonette in a council block in W2 which is in good condition throughout, however looking to finish it to a high internal standard of decor. To include the following jobs: 1. The walls and ceilings in the entrance, staircase, landing, front bedroom and back bedroom as well as sitting room needs to be cleared of wall paper, plastered if needed and provide a smooth finish to all the walls and ceilings. 2. The property has combi-boiler and radiators but the pipes for the radiators are exposed and need to be embedded into the walls. 3. The property has electrical wiring which is concealed in the walls with single central lights in each room; these need to be changed to spot lights. The electric sockets are old and will need replacing throughout. 4. The WC and bathroom are seperate at the moment. The wall needs to be removed between them and a new three piece bathroom suite needs to be installed with tiling for the walls, floors and spotlights. One of the two doors will need to be closed. 5. There is another small walk in store room (used to be for old boiler), an adjacent cupboard, both of which open onto the landing. Behind this cupboard, opening into the bedroom is a small walk in cabinet. It is proposed the three of these are combined to provide a small office opening on to the landing with a door and an internal window opening on to the landing. 6. The property will need to be internally repainted once all of above has been done. This includes all doors and skirting boards also. 7. The kitchen floor needs re-tiling as some of the tiles are cracked. The kitchen is relatively modern and DOES NOT need replacing. 8. The downstairs portion of the property needs wooden flooring. 9.
