johnson and starley (warm air heating) boiler service

Johnson and Starley J25-32 No warm air being blown out - Has not been serviced for atleast 4years. The Filter has disintegrated. Boiler is situated in the Kitchen in ground floor flat. Currently using a heater to keep warm but assistance asap is required. Don't know how much it will cost so can you give me a quote? Thanks
