Kerb Drop Driveway in Wrexham

I need the kerb dropped outside my property to gain access to driveway that I will be building. In front of the property there is currently grass which will need to be tarmac over. Once I know prices, I can get approval from the council to proceed with the work (I have all the forms ready to send). The only stipulation that Wrexham council have for the contractor is they must have £5 million public liability insurance. If I have been too brief in the description, please let me know.
